Patumahoe failed to turn all the possession they hard into points in yesterdays 4th round game against Karaka and remain rooted to the bottom of the Premier points table on -3, after havingĀ  points deducted for an unregistered player in the first round.

Coaches Reon Graham and John Michie will be wondering what they have to do to get the first win of the season. Their forwards competed well and were dominate around the park, but when it came to hanging onto the ball the whole team had a very bad case of dropsy.

Karaka on the other hand defended gallantly and took points when they were on offer and with the win claimed the Trevor Wymer Memorial Cup that was being played for the first time between the two clubs.
